Cyclocross Skills - Dismounts, Mounts, Corners

Join us to learn, practice and refine the Foundational Skills required for success in Cyclocross in this 2 hour Cyclocross Clinic


- all abilities are welcome as we start from 'ground up' and use a small, obstacle dense course where progression for each athlete's ability is possible.


You will Learn and expand on your existing knowledge of:


- Drills and the key to a great dismount, mount and getting over those barriers
- How to shoulder your bike
- To start your race successfully
- The secrets to great cornering

The session includes snacks, coaching, course to ride and access to Highlands Nordic Private Property (with Washrooms!). You will also get a great workout!
